Me (20) female would like to find a property with 2 males (20). All work in permanent jobs retail and mechanic with salaries all above 1.2k. All persons are very clean and organised, all non smokers and no unhealthy addictions. All have ambitions to move out and start our journey with renting properties and finding a lovely place to live. All have guarantors and haven’t had any issues with late payments at uni in the past and all have decent credit scores with credit cards. We will look after the property with care and respect for our neighbours. We are all quite introverted so not many people would come round and there would be no issues with noise or damage to the property.
