Hi everyone! I am a university lecturer looking for a great room in Leeds (ideally around Chapel Allerton, Meanwood, or near the universities).

I am very respectful of shared spaces and keep kitchens and bathrooms clean and tidy.

Work-Life Balance: I love a chat, but I also respect quiet hours for everyone’s downtime (and my lecture prep!). My.husband will only visit occassionally. I’m not comfortable with dogs and cat.
