I’m a recent graduate from the University of Bath and I’m looking for another flatmate to share a 2 bed flat/house with for the 26/27 year for the first year of my graduate role. I will be working from home max. 3 days a week. Max rent is £900 per month, including council tax. I’m looking to move in at the start of August. Location needs to be maximum of 20 min walk to city centre/B1 postcode.

I’m big on nights in and so appreciate a clean space and eating together. I have lived with flatmates before and all can account for a good reference. I’m also thinking about bringing my car up to Brum so most likely will have lots of silly sidequests for us to do together whilst I make the most of my time in Brum but no pressure.
