I’m Artem, 23, currently based in Warsaw and planning to move to London in September I’m looking for a flatmate to find a great 2 bed / 2 bath place together, ideally in Shoreditch , Liverpool Street or another well-connected area.

I’d describe myself as amicable, courteous, tidy, and respectful. I value a calm, clean home environment, but I’d also love to live with someone I can genuinely get along with, not just share bills with.

I’m quite ambitious and focused on my projects, so during the week I’ll often be working, studying, or building something. At the same time, I enjoy good conversations, dinners out, exploring new places, coffee spots, walks, and occasional weekend trips.
