Hi, I’m a 22-year-old male looking for someone to buddy up with for a 2-bed place in west Nottingham — ideally around Beeston, Chilwell, Toton, Attenborough or Long Eaton.

I’m looking for someone around a similar age/life stage, ideally early-to-late 20s, who is tidy, respectful, easy to live with, and up for sharing a relaxed home rather than just splitting rent. I’d like somewhere comfortable, clean and fairly quiet, but still sociable enough to chat, cook, watch something, or occasionally go for a drink.

My ideal budget is around £600-800 each per month before bills, depending on the property and location. I’m open to looking at places together and sorting viewings if we seem like a good fit.

I’m respectful of shared spaces, happy to do my share of cleaning, and I’d prefer living with someone reliable, communicative and considerate. Non-smoker preferred, or smoking outside only.
