Hiya! I have a small dog who doesnt bark, I WFH ( im a streamer lol) but the rent would be paid via Housing benefit upon being offered a tenancy. I’m clean tidy and quiet i just hang out with my dog in my room, I like my own space but would love to be friends too :) preferably no other pets in the house but if you have a cat/dog that gets along with pets im sure we can work something out
