We’re a professional couple aged 24 and 25 currently looking for either a spacious room in a friendly flat share or a 1-bed apartment in London.

Ideally, we’re looking for: • A large double room (preferably with an en-suite) • Clean, tidy and respectful living environment • Good transport links with a short commute into Central London • Walking distance to a tube station

A little about us — we’re both full-time working professionals who are friendly, sociable and easy to live with. We enjoy going out for drinks, dinners and exploring London, but we also really value a calm, respectful home environment and people’s personal space/down time.

We’re clean, considerate tenants, financially reliable, and happy to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the home. We’d love to find somewhere that feels comfortable, welcoming and relaxed rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Open to different areas as long as the commute into Central London is convenient.
