Quiet, friendly professional who would like some kitchen and bathroom space without breaking the bank. I work around Monmouthshire as a counsellor, I have an 11 year old girl who visits twice a month so another space/room would be ideal, I’m thinking top floor of house or similar. I’m also very handy with DIY, love pets and am extremely considerate, keeping sociable hours. Out most evenings doing exercise. Happy to buddy up with someone to share a flat
