Hello! I am seeking a roomie to team up with to look for a flat in the southside of Glasgow. I’m also open to joining an existing flat.

I am 35 and originally from New Zealand but have been living in Glasgow for nearly a year. I’m into reading, watching films, knitting, tinkering on the guitar, and getting out in nature.

Hoping to establish (or find) somewhere homely that is friendly and sociable but not a party flat. I’m picturing nice chats over tea on a cosy couch, the odd shared meal or movie night, and an abundance of house plants and nice mugs.

I am a pretty laid back person and have been described as very chill to live with. Right now I’m on a short-term contract but I’m after a more permanent, long-term living situation.

I’ve done a very random mix of things over the years, from parliamentary work to tutoring in a remote village in subarctic Canada. At the moment I’m working in event administration.
