Hey, I’m coming to Cambridge for a summer contract with a semiconductor firm. I’ll be there from May 18th to August 28th, with a possibility of extending beyond this. I’m a 23-year-old graduate from Dublin, Ireland looking for a place near the city center.

I’ll be new in Cambridge so preferably looking for a house where roommates actually get along but obviously also have some respect for each other’s privacy. Also I’m quite a tidy person so would appreciate the same courtesy for the common spaces.

Location is important to me, has to be near shops/bar/cafes and within a 25 minutes walk of the Catholic Church (I work near there).

About myself, I work as a computer engineer so obviously a bit of a geek. I also love music and play a lot of electric guitar (but I play with headphones, you don’t have to worry about the noise at all). I also love languages, and speak fluent Irish. I also enjoy the pub, some games, and travelling.

My non-negotiable requirements are:

• <25 minute walk to city centre
• roommates who are a bit of craic
