I’m Kate, and I’m a 21-year-old professional relocating for a 12-month contract. I’m friendly, outgoing, and easy to get along with. I work regular hours, and enjoy things swimming and running in my free time. I tend to be quite chatty, but I’m also very aware of other people’s need for space and downtime. I’m clean and respectful in shared spaces, and I’ve lived with a variety of housemates before, so I’m adaptable and understanding of different lifestyles. That said, I do appreciate a home where people make a reasonable effort to keep things tidy without being overly strict about it. I’m also reliable with bills, so you wouldn’t have to worry about that. I have a small car as well, which makes me fairly independent and unlikely to rely on shared transport. I’ve previously lived with people of all genders and am comfortable living in a mixed household. I’m also used to living with pets, so that’s never an issue for me. I like having my own space to unwind, but I also really value a friendly, sociable atmosphere where you can chat, relax, and feel at home in shared areas. Overall, I’d bring a positive, considerate, and easy-going presence to the house.
