Hi, I’m a 27 year old trainee teacher looking for a room in Leeds, not too fussed about the area as of yet. I’ve lived with the same flatmate for four years now but as I’ll be a student again in September we decided it would be best for me to find some other students to live with for council tax purposes. I’m honestly not in the house very often during the day, tidy and organized and practical when things go wrong and landlords need contacting etc.
