I am a 36 year old professional. I’m very respectful, clean, friendly. I only drink on social occasions (friends birthdays etc.), I don’t smoke. I really enjoy working out and running. I’m often out the house with friends. I love a great TV series, reading a good book or cooking something nice for my mean prep for the week. I have lived by myself for the past 6 years but am looking for shared accommodation because of rising living costs.
