Hi, I’m Ric. I work in construction and property development, so my weeks are usually quite busy. I’m pretty routine based and like having a chilled, tidy home to come back to.

I’m easy going and friendly but not a party house kind of person. I respect people’s space, keep things clean, and generally try to make living together straightforward and stress free.
