I am interested in the room you have advertised and wondered if I could be considered for it? I am a single male in my 40s, unable to work currently due to some health conditions, and am looking for somewhere I can live with friendly and likeminded housemates. I am looking to move to a quieter property in a suitable location nearer to Haywards Heath Centre.

I am respectful, sociable and friendly, enjoying time with others, but also time by myself. I can provide a reference (from my current landlord), with confirmation that my rent has always been paid promptly from my housing benefit, and have been in receipt of this for some time, so this can be relied upon.
