Ojas Phapale

Hi, I’m Ojas, 23, originally from India and currently living in Glasgow. I’m completing my MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, with my course due to finish in August. My current student accommodation contract ends around mid-August, so I’m looking for a room or for people to team up with from around that time. As I’ll be finishing university, I’m flexible about the location and do not necessarily need to stay close to campus. I would prefer somewhere with good public transport links to Glasgow city centre and areas with employment opportunities. After completing my degree, I’ll be applying for full-time graduate roles in chemical engineering or related industries. In the meantime, I’ll continue working part-time while searching for the right position. I’m ideally looking for a comfortable and stable home for around 6 to 12 months or longer. I’m tidy, respectful, easygoing and considerate of the people I live with. I enjoy cooking, especially Indian food, listening to music, exploring new places and occasionally socialising over coffee or a meal. I’m happy to chat and spend time with flatmates, but I also respect privacy, personal space and quiet time. Keeping the kitchen, bathroom and shared areas clean is important to me, and I would like to live with people who feel the same. I’m particularly open to sharing with female flatmates or living in a mixed-gender household, provided everyone is friendly, responsible and respectful.
