Hello everyone, I’m Jayson and I’m looking for a cozy and welcoming shared flat in London. I will move to work in computer science at the beginning of July!

I’m newly in my 30’s, was born in Colombia and have been living in Germany and The Netherlands for the past 10 years. I’m no stranger to the shared flat life, and luckily always made great memories with my flatmates in DE and NL!

I don’t smoke, nor do I have pets, although I love animals and nature. Cleanliness is important to me, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. I’m not obsessive, but I mention it since I don’t thrive in chaos and feel everything works best when everyone cleans after themselves.

I mostly spend my free time working, studying, or with my hobbies (hiking, swimming, yoga, cinema, or running). I’m very open and sociable. Although I respect other people’s space, I’m also always happy to have a conversation, watch movies, debate philosophy and politics, or cook something delicious together (my lasagna is very popular :D).
