I’m a 24-year-old primary school teacher based in Brighton, looking for a welcoming and tidy flat share. I work full-time during the week, so I’m usually up early and value a peaceful home environment to relax in after work.

I’m friendly, easy-going, and respectful of other people’s space, but I also enjoy a chat or a shared meal when time allows. Outside of teaching, I love music, travelling, and spending time outdoors. I’m clean, organised, and responsible with bills and shared spaces, and I like to help create a homely atmosphere.

I also have a two-year-old house cat- she’s very calm, fully house-trained, and used to living indoors. She would make a lovely addition to a pet-friendly household.

What I’m Looking For: • A double room • Brighton or Hove • Budget: £600-£900 including bills • Ideally close to public transport and amenities • Looking to move in with 1/2 friendly, considerate housemates (mixed or single-gender) • Hoping to move in around the start of August
