My current landlord is selling the property, so I need a new place to live by end of May. I’m a language professional (specialising in German) and I work hybrid, so I need to be able to commute to the City Centre near Cardiff Central Station, and also a desk and reliable Internet for working from home. I’m pretty nerdy, into board games, fantasy literature, writing and exploring. I’m rather outgoing but happy to keep to myself as needed - and I definitely appreciate peace and quiet in the evenings. I don’t smoke and I rarely ever drink alcohol. I need an open-minded household safe for LGBT+ people.
