I don’t drink or smoke, am very friendly, tolerant and clean. I like to chat and be sociable but prefer a house to be a quiet sanctuary to relax, so dont usually or ever have guests. I work early in the morning and usually spend afternoons in the gym. Up until now I have lived in several houseshares and have had the misfortune of being kept awake by noisy housemates.
