I already rent in NL, looking to move somewhere cheaper or same price as what I currently pay but larger room.

Currently renting somewhere til July 1st when the lease renews, so move out doesn’t have to be immediate, but I would potentially need to find cover for this room before I go.

Work from home 1-2 days a week, so room needs to have a desk OR needs to be a space in the house where I can work during the day.

I’d like to spend time with the people I move into a house with, my friends are spread out across the country, and I really enjoy exploring London, a pub night out or movie nights in, so it would be nice to not be isolated/by myself wherever I stay.

I’m clean, tidy, and chill, I believe in clear communication, not taking things to heart & making sure everyone feels at home in the flat.

I enjoy going to the theatre & live music, walks in nature on sunny days, and movie marathons on rainy days. I’m as much of a fan of going to the pub for the evening, as I am of a games night at home, and I enjoy my own space & downtime as well as relaxing & socialising together.
