I’m Michael, and I’m currently looking to buddy up with someone to rent a two-bedroom place- ideally with bills included. My budget is around £700, but this depends on the location. If the place i farther from the M50 or M5, I’d consider a budget closer to £600, as I’d be spending more on transport. That said, I’m flexible within that range for the right arrangement.

I work from home occasionally and spend a good amount of time on the phone with clients, so a quiet environment is important. I’m not disruptive-I keep things calm and peaceful, and when I’m not working, I’m usually reading, studying, or resting. I really value a tidy, low-noise space.

I’m looking for a mature and respectful flatmate-ideally aged between 18 and 50-who’s emotionally aware and considerate when it comes to shared spaces. Someone who enjoys thoughtful conversations, especially around topics like philosophy, biology, geography, or science, would be a bonus. If you’re into jogging or just open-minded and easy to talk to, even better.
