I’m looking for a housemate (&friend?) that I can team up with to share a 2-3 bed house. I’m a Cambridge graduate and have lived in Cambridge for ~10 years now. I’m looking for peaceful & cozy little house that must have a garden & garage.

Ideally commutable to the science park 🚗/🚴 (CB4+6miles) with somewhere I can do yoga 🧘, make music 🎶🎸, cook good food 🥗 & build things 🔧 in the garage & grow things in the garden. 🌱

I’m sober - so non-smokers 🚭and non-partiers only. This doesn’t mean I’m boring though! I’m happy to host dinner parties, bbqs, friends over or to visit etc. But I can’t handle large groups and lots of mess regularly as I’m autistic and can get overhwhelmed.

I work as a freelance engineering & business consultant in Tech & adjacent spaces. As well as exploring other creative projects when I can. This means I will be working from home sometimes and will use the garage as a studio/workshop space - happy to share/split rent accordingly.

This is just speculative at this point, as I’m really looking for a housemate that I get on with and so that we can thrive together.
