Hello there, I am looking for a room to rent. I am a landscaper with my own business. I work 5/6 days a week. I’m out of the house a lot, Im relaxed and fun. I’m someone whose building their own life, in my own flow and I’m really no fuss.

I am not on any diet, I eat and live how I want and I’m happy to see others do the same as long as it’s not super intrusive or harmful to others/myself like drugs or excessive alcohol/smoking. I’d prefer non smoker but as long as it’s not in the house and I don’t smell it in my room, I don’t care. The same with drinking, as long as there’s no violence etc, I don’t care.

I personally don’t drink or smoke. I’m not someone who is uptight, quite the opposite. I never want people to feel bad about doing something that makes them feel good, especially with diets and I want to live in a house where it’s okay to eat what I need to.

I’ve lived in a few places where people feel like they have a say on what you can and can’t eat, or make you feel bad for that.

I went to uni in Falmouth last year to study music, it was a 1 year course. It was super great, met some amazing friends. Looking to go back this year but who knows.

I’ve travelled a lot in my life and looking to settle in Falmouth and have somewhere I can always go back to if I travel.

I’d be open for a work exchange, 5 hours per week landscaping for example. I can do all sorts of hard and soft landscaping and even general building/maintenance.
