I’m a low maintenance lodger, e.g., most my meals are Huel so don’t use the kitchen facilities much, and am very tidy, don’t play loud music, quick in the bathroom etc. I’m out a lot on weekends with family.

Ideally, would love the opportunity to have my children (boys 4 and 7) stay on one or two weekends per month, which wouldn’t require any additional space, they could share a bed and I’d buy an airbed.
