Hey, I’m moving to the area to start a job in Bridgend Council and would love to find a friendly house to join. I’m looking for either short-term as I settle into the area or longer term if the fit is right. My job will be reasonably full on and in the office but when I’m at home, I like to contribute to a homely atmosphere. I’m pretty social, outgoing and active, but also respectful of people’s space. I’m keen on open water swimming and surfing, as well as rugby and music (I’m not that cliched I promise :) ) I’ve lived in house shares for many years now and appreciate the importance of compromise, communication and cleanliness to support a happy living environment.
