Im looking to move to a new location as my place of work is moving to nutts corner. If possible i would like to find someone that is financially secure like myself.. (full time employed) that is interested in shareing a house togather.

from looking around it is much better value to rent or buy a house with more rooms, 1 bedroom house or apartment is 600-700, yet a 3 bedroom house in same areas is 700-800, i can afford on my own, but would be alot easier if i shared it with someone.

Things to note about myself.. my work is nightshift, so i will be sleeping during the day, usualy between 10am - 3pm, so a quiet house around then is essensial. IF someone is interested in the idea, let me know and we can have a chat, i would prefer a face to face chat. so we can get to know eachother a little and talk it out.
