Just been informed after 5years of living here, my landlord is looking to terminate the rental to look into selling the flat at the end of January😫. My current flat mate has found other accommodation but I am a self employed musician focused graphic designer and digital marketer with a small cat called Milkshake who is extremely friendly, has never hissed at anyone (just other cats) and is glued to me most of the time. I am clean, quiet and respectful. I work from home so I know how important a stable environment is and hope to move from my flat in northern quarter to another near by without putting this in jeopardy.
