My name’s Clem, I’m currently living in Waterloo. I’m sharing a place with two flatmates from my university course but because of a 6-month break clause in our contract and after the flat got recently purchased by someone who wants to live in it, we are being forced to move out by the end of March. I’m simply looking for an available spare room for myself, maximum £950 a month and ideally somewhere around Elephant & Castle in London, SE1, but I’m open to different areas.
