I’m very quiet, tidy, clean & considerate, and looking for a spacious double room in a peaceful house/flat (no more than 3 non-smoking, quiet adults). I regularly cook and am seeking to find a space that is always kept clean, warm, quiet, and is well respected by everyone living there. I have my own ladder desk that needs to come with me but can compromise on other furniture. I prefer to keep to myself, and so will spend most of my time in my room. I am very much a home body but am working full-time in hospitality so will be out at different times, incl. late nights. I don’t drive so needs to be within walking distance of Canterbury City Centre where I work. No pets or mould please.
