Maciej

Hi! My name is Maciej, and I like things simple. I’m a Business and Managament graduate, and currently work at a furniture company. Interested in digital design and marketing.

I’m looking for a place where I can relax and focus. Cleanliness and respect is a must for me, and I like peace and quiet most of the time (got PTSD after sharing a house while on uni), so there won’t be any issues in this department. I’d need space to keep my bike safe. Private bathroom would be nice, but not necessary. Other than that, I’ve got no big requirements.

I can sleep on the floor, the room doesn’t have to be furnished, don’t care for a TV - as long as I have space to sleep and put a desk in, I’m set. I work long hours, leave early, and will be home only during the evenings and weekends (in the summer I also work most Saturdays).

I enjoy going to the gym, cycling, camping, and watching anything from documentaries to old pictures from the 50s. I don’t have a car but like to travel around. We can have conversations about mysticism, which animal you could beat in a fight (includes prep time), business psychology, or that rock with nice stripes you found by the road, whatever works. There can be russian hard bass, Vivaldi or Fleetwood Mac coming from the speakers, or maybe you can introduce me to a crazy genre I haven’t heard yet. I can cook some Polish food for you, and won’t mind going to the city for a nice meal or a pint when there’s a chance. A trip to Peak District on the weekend is a great plan as well.

It’s hard to offend me or weird me out, so you can be fully yourself with your humour and quirks, we’re unique for a reason. I’d be delighted to find someone who’s chill and tidy with a fun twist. Maybe we could enjoy similar things and become buddies, if not, no issue with keeping to myself as only a flatmate either. I’ll respect every boundary you set, as we all have our own lives to live.
