No smoke,no drugs,no alcohol,working professional,no loud, some cooking,need space for my bike, may parking for car,just a simple professional. Sometimes my daughter and partner visit me 1time a month or may 2 months time just for short visit,but may not. Mainly I will go to visit them in back home. Nothing special,can be with other women tenants,due not looking a date ( 30 years with my partner 😁) just a simple accomodation. Friendly,positive attitude,help for others if needed. Good problem solved around the house if needed.
