I’m Joe, 35 and work have a full time Mon-Fri job in Fareham. I’m looking to rent a room in Gosport as close to Stoke Road as possible - £400-£500pcm (£550 at a push).

I love animals so I don’t mind living somewhere that has pets. I don’t like cooking and I don’t watch TV so I don’t spend much time in the kitchen or living room. I just need somewhere to eat, sleep, shower and relax.

I get to the gym for 3am so I’m usually in bed by 8pm. I’m a heavy sleeper and I have hearing loss so you souldn’t need to keep the noise down on my account,

I’m an outgoing guy but as a tenant I’ve always been mindful of the fact that I’m living in someone else’s house. So in previous house shares I’ve generally just kept myself to myself. I try to keep out of the way, I don’t have houseguests, I don’t play loud music and I try not to impose.
