I’m a Project Manager in construction (29 years old) and I’d say I work from a day or so per week.

I’m really clean, plus a non-smoker, and always pretty happy to chip in with communal house tasks (little bits of DIY, general upkeep etc.) Appreciate it is difficult to gauge a personality through a written message, but most people would likely say that I’m very laid back and super easy to get on with.

I’m more than happy to socialise, but I equally understand that it’s important to be respectful of other people’s space, especially in the home environment. I’m honestly a pretty straight-up person that would hopefully be a good addition to any household. I would be an active member of the house and wouldn’t want to retreat to my room.

I like a night out at the weekend, but am fairly quiet during the week. I generally have interests in lots of things, from music to fitness, to most sport, and pretty much all different aspects of culture in between. Overall, I’d say I’m a relaxed, outgoing person that’s easy to be around and I like to think my current housemates would agree!
