Hi, I’m a 25 year old female, either looking for a room to rent within Thanet (Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate) or a buddy up for an affordable apartment. I’m clean and tidy and considerate when it comes to adapting or compromising whilst living with another individual. I do smoke, however, I only smoke outside, making sure I dispose of any waste appropriately. I’m easy and outgoing, I’d describe myself as attentive, patient and compassionate towards others. I understand that the financial side of sharing an apartment/flat could cause issues if not met on the deadlines given, I would like to reassure you that this would never be a problem as I am very vigilant when it comes to my personal finances being paid on time.
