Hi there, I’m looking for a like-minded individual for shared housing in London. I am a quiet and considerate person, I value a peaceful living environment. I obviously enjoy social interaction, but also I deeply respect personal space and believe in giving roommates their privacy. Wen I listen to music or TV and other people are around, I always use earphones to ensure it’s not sound is not intrusive. Respect, patience and open and mature communication is what I offer and what I am looking for in flatmate.

I’m meticulous about cleanliness in shared spaces like the kitchen. You can count on me to clean up after meals, every single time. As for the bathroom, I am looking for an en-suite so we won’t be sharing one.

On a personal note, I’m gay and currently single, but I do lead a private life and don’t bring partners home, maintaining the tranquility of our shared space.

Professionally, I’m in advertising. My work often requires me to put in extra hours, often from the office (three time per week) or from home. This means I’m usually busy and unobtrusive as a housemate xD When I am on holiday I always travel.

I seek a living situation based on mutual respect and a shared desire for a balance between a calm, orderly home where people can work from, and some socialising.
