I have found a flat to move into that should be available by end of the summer and I am looking for a flatmate. Rent is £467.50 each plus bills which I am told will be in the region of 200 - 300 each.

I work full time, don’t smoke and am out a lot. Looking for someone tidy who I can get on well with. I have no pets but I love them and will gladly look after while you’re away.
