I am 35, just come out of a relationship hence the move. Ideally house share with 1 or 2 other people. I’m clean, respectful of people’s boundaries, I have a good social group so don’t expect to be in all the time but also love night in. I have a cat who is great and I’d love to move with her, I wouldn’t expect anyone to take on any responsibility with her, maybe feed her if I’m away ideally no other pets. I have a stable job working 4 days a week. I’m pretty sociable but do need my own space from time to time. Would love a living situation where I can be friends with the people I live with but have my own life outside of that.
