I have been working in property industry for the last 7 years (as a lettings manager for the last 3), but decided to change my career. Now I am working as office administrator on a fixed term contract.

I am a tidy person who cleans after himself. I also enjoy sports.

I do have a 1 year old son who would sometimes be staying with me. I am moving due to relationship breakdown.

I am a house owner and paying this rent would not be an issue.

I have clear credit and don’t receive any benefits.
