Hi! My name is Sion (on the left in the pic with the Versace T-shirt), I’m 25 years old from North Wales.

I’m suppose to start a new job in Manchester on the 19th of September. My work will be located in the Ancoats area. I’m looking for a room in a house/flat share or buddy-up with people I can hopefully be good friends. I’d like to have somewhere that has ‘Parking’ (I’m open to pay abit extra for the parking if the rent amount is reasonable)’, ‘6 months tenancy ideally 3 months with an option to extend monthly’ and bills included would be good. I’m open to move anywhere in the city centre or the outskirts of the city centre, e. g Salford, Didsbury, Withington etc. But would prefer somewhere quite close to the city centre as my work is there or commutable by tram.

Little about myself: Work: I went to Liverpool John Moores University to study Bsc (Hons) Quantity Surveying for 4 years, then I worked as a QS in Liverpool for a further 2 years. Now I’m ready for a new challenge, by moving to Manchester as a Recruitment Consultant.

Sports & Fitness: I have a passion towards working out, weight training and I also play football. I am also a qualified personal trainer, so if you do like going to the gym often that’s always a bonus for me.

Socialising: I like to go clubbing and socialising.. I also like to have a night in, chill and have some privacy aswell.
