I’m James, (29 yrs old) am looking for a house share in London. My rental with a female flatmate came to an end, so temporarily I am residing with family….hopefully not much longer!!

I work fulltime for an International Construction company, as a Quantity Surveyor. I’m a humorous & easy going bloke, who’s looking for a harmonious and happy household to join.

I work from home 1 to 2 days a week only and am out most weekends, I’ve lived in London for over 8 years & have a lot of friends in the area.

All ‘normal attributes’, clean, tidy, flexible, friendly, considerate chap who can cook a mean spag bol!
