I’d prefer a female flat mate, not sure why but have always found a more harmonious existence with them. I’m DBS checked because of my job and happy for you to do a Claire’s law check on me as well.

Whilst happy to keep out of your way, I’d prefer the occasional chat over a brew/alcoholic beverage (although I don’t drink that often) or tv/film night.
