Ideally, you’d be able to move in by September 1st, taking over my previous flatmate’s place on the tenancy. Viewings available immediately! 🛏️ The flat & room You’d have the larger bedroom in a spacious second-floor flat, just a 5-minute walk from The Meadows 🌳 The flat has everything you need for comfortable living, including: 🧺 Washing machine AND tumble dryer 🍽️ Dishwasher 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with various appliances 🛋️ Spacious living room ☀️ Plenty of natural light throughout 📦 Lots of storage space The location is also super convenient, with grocery shops, Warrender Swim Centre & Gym, cafés, restaurants, barbers/hairdressers, charity shops and more all nearby. 👋 About me I’m 27 and recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc in Psychology. I’m currently looking for work, so I’d ideally like to live with another young professional or postgraduate student, roughly mid-20s to early 30s. I’m friendly and sociable and would love to actually get to know my flatmate and become friends, rather than just coexist in the same flat. That said, I also really value privacy and alone time, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same. I’m looking for a clean, tidy and relaxed home rather than a party flat. Guests are absolutely welcome — just a heads-up beforehand would be appreciated.
