A large village house recently renovated. Big music room with a grand piano (musicians?) and a snug sitting room for TV etc. Kitchen diner. Pretty garden and courtyard with resident tortoises. Family home but due to family and work commitments we have had to move out.

This is a five bedroom house and we are looking to rent out three of the rooms. all three have their own bathrooms. Wingham is a lovely, friendly village and the bus from opposite the house goes into canterbury every 30 minutes. Apart from the three lodgers, nobody else will be living at the property. If you are a student, we are happy for you to rent for the academic year only, no need to commit to a whole year. The house has high speed wifi throughout, a separate office and plenty of quiet places where you can work. The village has two great pubs, an Indian restaurant, a stationers, a general stores and two farm shops.
