AI AM CURRENTKY NOT AT HOME UNTIL MONDAY TO ADD PHOTOS Recently due to unforseem circumstances I have a large bedroom to rent out. Currently if preferred ro view, I could possible change bedrooms around depending on your needs. My current spare room consists if a dorma single bed with a desk and storage/crawl space undernath with a cabinate, and shemves. This was my sons but too much to move it at the moment. There is an additional brand new double sofa bed I can get a foam topper… things can be changed about. This would be a rolling monthly contract as I will be moving awys from 6-12 months from now. The bathroom is downstairs. It’s not a modern house but is clean with a a large garden and I am currently decorating/freshening up the place as I havnt been here long. The bathroom is downstairs and would expect you to store your lable your own food, however i do like to cook so you might get the odd nice meal. I may be possible to aquire a small refrigerator for the room, but I can share the kitchen no prblem and I will provide a Desk /Table and a kettle/ Microwave and a toatser in the room if you perfer complete pricavy. I can proivide you with your own key. And I can install a lach and lock on the berroon door. I DO HAVE 2 CATS MAYBE 1 SOON. They are friendly. I would prefer not to have any heavy drinkers or any class A drugs on the premises and be respectful of timed/noise etc. I do allow smokers I am also a smoker. I try to keep thos outside or at the back kitchen door. The room I currently use has a double bed fairly new with a matress cover it just needs a lick of paint and a wardrobe or rails it also has a completed loft space above which can be used for gaming etc or storage all lit with electrics and decorating. Just needs a restart up. Price wpuld be be £120PW FOR THAT ROOM. VIEWING IS DEFINATKELY RWCOMENDED AND INWPUKD REQUIRE FULL DEPOSIT AND TO MEET THE TENANT ONCE TONDECIDE AND THE. I am gerwlly easy going I m at home a lot but what space you choose would be completely private. I DONT doing Laundry as long are tidy and clean up after your self.. New standard bedding can be provided unless you wanted ro get your own.

I live by my self I’m 42 single mum, my chiid is currently away at another school Hense me having a room to rent in the short term I am looking to swap or move closer which is 6 months minimum 1 yeayr maxinimum. But I will be moving that way soon. I am chilled and quiet down to earth, easy to get along with and not judgemental. I do smoke but I do try and wpuld expect to keep it out of the house or at the back. I have 2 friendly cats. All I exoect Is a quite and genuine tennant , i dont mind alternative peolle I just i just expect respect clenliness and rialibility. My pleace won’t be due rill mid July as my downstairs flooring is all up and reads to be replaced soon. So I advise that ypu come in advance so I can explain living arrangements choice of room as both need a luck of paint. Use of kitchen facilities all included washing machine fridge and cooker. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
