Looking for a new housemate to join our newly refurbished house in Croydon. Available from 6 July 2026.

The area:

A 10 minute walk to Croydon University Hospital, perfect for any professionals who work at this location;
A 20 minute walk to Croydon Valley Park, a perfect place for local food and entertainment
A 15 minute bus journey to East Croydon, which allows for fast travel to many parts of London. The beautiful house is located on a very friendly and welcoming, yet quiet and peaceful street with great transport links to all parts of Croydon.

The house:

The house is newly renovated and refurbished with laminate flooring, freshly painted walls, a brand new bathroom and kitchen (with underfloor heating and modern appliances).
2 double bedrooms will be available with 1 shared bathroom between 2 people, each with lockable sliding doors for privacy and security.
Option of using second bedroom as a separate lounge for those with a higher budget seeking their own space. This would mean having your own bathroom, lounge and bedroom, with a shared kitchen for £1800 per month
This house is complemented with a north-west facing garden, which boasts bright, sunny afternoons and evenings for your relaxation and entertainment.
Open plan kitchen-lounge, perfect for preparing a nice lunch or dinner with access to ceiling speakers for entertainment.
Super-fast internet is also provided at the property.

Ideally looking for a professional working from the office, or hospital at least a few days per week. Someone respectful, clean and responsible. No couples, no pets.

Room: South-east facing rooms that gets a lot of sunlight in the day, furnished with a wardrobe, an ottoman bed, and a bedside cabinet and mirror. £850 and £950 per month, bills included. About the roomies

I am a live-in landlord who works as a trainee solicitor. I was born and raised in Croydon, but this is the first property that I own, and I have completed the renovation of this house over the past 9 months. I am seeking housemates to live in this property with me. I am a fan of sports, particularly football, boxing, and basketball, and like to live a healthy lifestyle, engaging in these activities, socialising, cooking, and doing new creative activities.
