The room is furnished has an en suite, double bed and built in wardrobe. Apartment features modern kitchen, integrated appliances and dishwasher. The flat is slightly different now as we’ve added more furniture etc but still holds the loft spirit.
The rent per person is £727.50 and with the charges (council tax and electricity) we’re looking at around £900 per month per person.
