Please note - the rent is £500pcm but you will be responsible for your bills (approx £350pcm) This terraced house is on a quiet street with a lovely little garden with rear access. There is one other woman in her mid 50’s in the other room but she is hardly ever here, so you’ll generally have the house and garden to yourself. I am the home owner but I’m moving out and want to let for a year (I will only be an hour away). There is a cat who I would ask you to feed and tickle but there is a cat flap so no cat litter trays or anything. The house is ten minutes walk from Hamworthy station and the bus stop into Poole is a 5 mins walk. There are two beaches within a 5 min drive. There is a co-op 5 mins drive away. There is street parking in front of the house and a garage for storage. The house is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher and spa bath. The broadband is fast full fibre. I live out so you would be responsible for your own bills ( approx £350 pcm.) Non smoking household. Council tax band B
