The room is nice and furnished with plenty of storage spaces. If you room with us you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, who is clean and considerate of others! Bills are included, there is a washer and dryer, and a garden! Also, the rent is £187 per week in June but from July onwards will be £177 per week. The contract is a 12 month contract starting from 26th of June!
