We’re looking for a housemate to share our lovely 3 bedroom house in Sale. We’ve one large cosy double bedroom to offer, with brand new wooden flooring and new double glazed windows.

We’re in a PERFECT location… a 5 minute drive to the new bars & shops in Stanley Square, a 3 minute walk to Morrisons local, a 5 minute drive to Tesco Extra, Sainsburys and Aldi. 10 minute drive to the airport, and Trafford Centre! 20 minute drive into the city! We have a nice tidy house, set in a quiet residential area with off-road parking.

We’ve a lovely private back garden which is great for BBQs when the sun shines! There are plenty of nice parks nearby too. Plus we’ve just had a brand new kitchen & bathroom fitted!

The rents £600, all bills included, very reasonable for the area (We’ve kept the deposit low too at £250, most people ask for a whole month’s rent on top).
